To register as a patient at Long Beach Community Medical Center during business hours (Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.), please call:

You will be contacted by an Admitting Representative once you have scheduled an appointment with the appropriate department, in order to pre-admit you for your test/procedure. OB patients may come to the Admitting Department to complete pre-admission forms for their delivery prior to the birth of their baby.

 

If you have a medical emergency, dial 911on your telephone.

 

If you need to bring someone to the Urgent Care Center or Emergency Department, Long Beach Community Medical Center is located at: 1720 Termino Avenue, Long Beach, California 90804. You can print out a map and directions to LBCMC or call for directions:
