What is the Community Plus Club?
Community Plus Club is NOT an insurance plan or an HMO. Community Plus Club is a FREE membership program that offers a wide range of services for adults over 45. Community Plus Club helps you stay healthy by offering free health screenings and education workshops, many conducted by physicians associated with the Medical Center. Our free monthly screenings and workshops are designed to keep you well informed on a variety of subjects from Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care to Vision.
Community Plus Club can save you money with its network of local providers and merchants who offer our members substantial discounts when using their services.
We're here to offer information and referrals to meet your special needs. Are you looking for a family physician or a specialist? Then try our 800 Physicians' Referral Number . Our Community Plus Club Coordinator is here to answer questions, provide information, and assist you in locating community services throughout the Long Beach area.
