SENIOR SUPPORT GROUPS BEREAVEMENT GROUP STROKE SUPPORT GROUP
Support groups are available as a response to the needs of family caregivers and community members. Although not group therapy in the formal sense, these groups have proven to be therapeutic in nature. The groups provide a safe place for people with common experiences to share their frustrations, anger, sadness, and grief. Because of the intimate sharing nature of these meetings, members have established bonds with others that have provided support beyond the limits of the meetings alone.
All meetings are ongoing and charge no fee.
